Planning Tips
You are visiting a farm. Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes such as long pants, and walking shoes with closed toes. The use of sunscreen protection, and insect repellant is highly recommended. Please, leave your pets at home - they are safer there.
Your safety is very important to us. Therefore, we do not allow any alcohol, glass bottles, or coolers, and there is no smoking on the farm. We have plenty of cool drinks and good food to purchase. We are committed to providing a safe, family-friendly fun environment.
Lost and Found. Each year we find cell phones, flashlights, sweatshirts, and jackets left at the farm. Please contact us if you lose an item to identify and recover it. All unclaimed items will be donated to charity on December 1st.
Weather. We always recommend you plan your visit to the maze early in our season. School field trips and groups should plan a backup date in case the maze should close for rain or muddy conditions. It can be a beautiful weekend but rain earlier in the week can prevent the maze opening due to muddy conditions. We want you to have the best experience at our farm so if it is too muddy we will close the maze. Another consideration is the possibility that where you live receives rain but our farm doesn’t – we could be dry and open. If in doubt call 402-795-FARM. We will update our web site and answering system if we close due to rain or muddy conditions.
